Farm and fork have been distant too long. Granted we do not have as much time as our grandparents but there is so much one can learn and teach just by understanding nature's circularity. In our short introductory cooking course, we cover the basics of cooking by cooking a dish together and set up a process of using home grown kitchen herbs. The journey to green is not an overnight one. Lets reignite our passion for cooking and enjoy nature's gift to us by growing our own kitchen herbs.
